What Happens in a Session
Each Akashic Records reading follows the same clear structure so you know exactly what to expect.
1. You share your questions
We begin with the areas you want clarity on. Specific, open questions such as "What is behind this pattern in my relationships?" bring the most useful guidance.
2. Your Records are opened
Using your full legal name and a structured opening process, your practitioner accesses your Akashic Records in a calm, focused state.
3. Guidance is shared
Information comes through as impressions, images and clear knowing. It is shared with you directly, with time to ask follow-up questions.
4. Healing and release
Where appropriate, energetic blocks, old agreements or patterns are addressed and released during the session.
5. Integration
Your Records are closed, and you leave with a recording, practical next steps and follow-up support by email.
Private and confidential. Everything shared in your session stays between you and your practitioner. Sessions are available online by video call and in person.
